My LogDigger is a hosted service that collects and organizes error reports sent by your applications.

The service offers features similar to Console shipped with LogDigger Connector 3.0 with few extras:

  • Supports multiple projects.
  • Automatically classifies errors to issues and emails you a notification only when a new type of error occurs or when a closed issue has been re-opened.
  • You can attach a comment to an issue or an error report.

All prices are in USD. There is no setup fee, pay month-to-month.

Rate limit is the maximal number of error reports that will be accepted per minute per project.

How do monthly payments work?

When you start a subscription plan, you are billed immediately and every month on that day going forward.

Is there a contract involved?

Nope, My LogDigger is a pay-as-you-go service with no contracts. You pay month-to-month and you can cancel any time.

Is there a Trial?

Yes, you can register and use My LogDigger service free for 30 days.

Can I install My LogDigger in my data center?

For a standalone solution see LogDigger for JIRA. Private installation in the cloud is also possible. Contact us for details.

What happens with data after subscription is canceled?

We’ll keep your data on My LogDigger available for up to 15 days after the last paid term expires. After that time, all data will be permanently deleted.
